This is located on the Ground Floor of the main Administrative Building
The facilities available for Video Conferencing include:
- Macintosh & Windows Laptop/Desktop for computer screen output to video conference participants.
- 1 Flat Screen
- 1 overhead projector
- 1 smart board
- IP based conference, 2Mbps max bandwidth
- ISDN based conference, 128 kbps max
Our video conference facilities can cater from 1 to 40 people.

Operating Hours:
Normal operating hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The facilities are available outside these hours subject to sufficient prior notice being given.
Bookings: All video conferences must be booked through the Principal’s secretariat. A tentative booking can be made via telephone or email. You will be required to confirm your booking by returning a completed to us. When your form has been received, you will be contacted by a Video Conferencing Technical Support Staff member.
Please note: We require a minimum of 5 working days between receiving your completed Video Conference form and the date of your actual video conference.
