Good language-learning materials with modern pedagogy appropriate to students needs and abilities are available at the centre. These teaching and learning materials are proficiency-oriented and teacher-developed.

Authentic materials such as audio, video/film and other software are used in the course of instruction. Instruction is flexible as lessons are delivered on group and individual basis depending on demand. Where necessary, instructors meet with individual students to assist them identify their lesson objectives and clarify their needs by focusing on their individual strengths and weaknesses with the language.
